Natural and climatic as well as social and economic factors of formation of regional educational system

Natural and climatic as well as social and economic characteristics of the Altai Republic, influencing its educational environment, are analysed in the article. The necessity to elaborate new educational technologies, capable to increase efficiency of school education as the basis for sustainable development of the region, is substantiated.
