Natural fractal structures of hydro and lithodynamic flows control

The article is devoted to the identification of objective, naturally functioning structures of controlling the development of hydro- and lithodynamic flows with minimal formalization of factual data. Three levels of natural control of such flows (nodes, regions, the principle of combining and ranking regions) are examined in terms of complexity. As a result of the identification of such fractal structures, new information was obtained on the nature of changes in hydro- and lithodynamic flows.
