Privacy in the era of engagement

The article reveals the interdisciplinary (legal, socio-political, sociological, psychological) content of the concept of privacy, as well as the role of the phenomenon of privacy in social life and in the constitution of the personal way of being. In modern situation of social engagement personal space transforms, borders of privacy narrow, and individual lose its autonomous status. Modern information technology, network space initiates these processes. The paper reveals personal aspects of constituting privacy in the social life.
