The enterprises of the radio-electronic industry are currently facing a number of problems dueto the lack of an adequate strategy that meets not only the trends in the development of the industry based onhigh technologies, but also, first of all, to overcome the consequences of resource constraints resulting fromgeopolitical disturbances. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for fundamental strategic changes both in this sector of industrial production and the construction of enterprise strategies adequate tomodern challenges.
