Бесплатный доступ

Introduction: At any stage of society's development, the protection of life is given special importance, and criminal law means of protection are traditionally given a leading role. Thus, the structure of the special part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) reflects a certain hierarchy of values of modern society, which is why it begins with crimes against life, where, along with murder, there is a set of norms establishing liability for intentional infliction of death on another person, taking into account the special circumstances of its commission. These norms establish a more lenient liability for murder (Articles 106-108 of the Criminal Code of the RF). These compositions in the doctrine of criminal law are usually called privileged. The present article is devoted to the analysis of these norms.
