Involvement of foreign experts for work in the territory of innovative clusters in the Russian Federation

Transition to development of innovations and the knowledge-intensive production is relevant for the Russian economy. It will allow to provide competitiveness and import substitution. For ensuring this process innovative clusters develop in the Russian Federation. However, insufficient experience in the organization of such clusters and the enterprises in their territory can become an obstacle to their development.
