The article substantiates the relevance of issues related to the attraction of capital by objects of social infrastructure, necessary for their reform and dynamic scientific and technological development based on the implementation of innovative projects. The sequence of the procedure for attracting equity capital is considered, the criteria for choosing an underwriter are substantiated, an approach to building a dividend policy is outlined, and an example of calculating the main indicators is given.
