Survival, contagious and stability characteristics of the culture of brucella vaccine strain of B. abortus 82-Sr to the passage through the organism of guinea pigs

Found that a strain of B. abortus 82-Sr survives in the body of guinea pigs for 3 months. Not contagious, its migration from vaccinated animals to unvaccinated were observed. Stable, retained their original properties under 92fold passages on artificial nutrient media and a 10-fold over the body of guinea pigs.
