Attributes and properties of the legal fact of unjustified enrichment

In the article, the author comes to the conclusion that from the point of view of the general legal category of a legal fact, unjustified enrichment has attributes of legal certainty, the ability to cause legal consequences and unreasonableness, and also has the property of a legal situation, abstraction and causality. These attributes and properties of unjustified enrichment as a legal fact allow, firstly, to determine the essential characteristics and legal connections of this civil law institution, and secondly, to use it more effectively as a protective civil law mechanism.
