Signs of purchase or sale of property certainly obtained with a criminal way, as a type of illegal trafficking of illegally obtained property

The article deals with analysis of the content for the definition of purchase or sale in the Russian Criminal Law, definition of their essential features. The author proves the actuality of the development and normative legal consolidation of the concept «illegal trafficking of illegally obtained property» in the Criminal Law. The author’s definition for the concept «illegal trafficking of illegally obtained property» in relation to article 175 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is proposed.
