Recognition of ownership of a land plot: issues of judicial practice

The article attempts to understand the legal significance of such a method of protection as the recognition of ownership of a land plot and the validity of its use in cases of refusal by an authority to provide a land plot free of charge. That is, by recognizing the right as such, it is possible both to establish the existence of a right, and to create, establish it for the first time, and grant the relevant right to the interested person, in court.
