In this paper we consider the passage of an electromagnetic wave through a rectangular waveguide with a semiconductor film located between the magnetized ferrite magnetic layers. A dispersion equation was obtained which was solved by the Jeeves - Hook method. It is proved that the magnetized ferrite layers increase the effect of wave amplification in the semiconductor layer.
