Proactive training of future teachers and specialists of the social sphere for educational activities

The article is devoted to the problem of training future specialists in the social sphere and teachers for educational activities. The contradictions are revealed that determine the choice of new approaches in the construction of such training. The authors determined, that at the present time it is important for the student to master a proactive position, which is expressed in the acceptance of responsibility and the implementation of activities to solve educational problems, which meet both modern needs and the challenges of the future. The author’s model of proactive training has been developed. The target of which is the formation and development of the student’s subjectivity (from the reproduction of the implemented practices to the forecasting, design and transformation of educational activities). It is step-by-step structure that ensures the consistent development of the student’s subject position. It includes subject-environmental, content, process subsystems; is implemented in interaction with participants in educational relations through the design and constructive activities of students to solve urgent problems of education.
