Gaps in judicial reform on the creation of appeal courts

The author examines the prerequisites for the creation of appellate district courts in the courts of general jurisdiction in Russia. The similarity and difference of the reformed judicial system of general jurisdiction with the judicial arbitration system is noted. The author reveals the shortcomings of the judicial system after the reform, lists what problems all this can lead to in practice, suggests ways to improve the judicial system.
