In this article, all acts of civil status are considered as legal facts that denote the actions of citizens or events that affect the emergence, change or termination of rights and obligations, as well as characterize the legal state of citizens. It is said that until 1918, metrical books were kept in churches, and later civil registration bodies were created and, accordingly, the acts themselves were transferred to the Civil Registry Office. The civil registration authority not only registers acts, but also makes changes and corrections to them, issues repeated documents and certificates. Since the creation of the first act in the Registry office, more than a hundred years have passed and we can safely say that the legislation "On Acts of Civil Status" has been seriously improved and continues to develop, but still it is necessary to make some amendments.
