The problem of conscripts' adaptation at the beginning of service

In this article we review the problem of conscripts' personal adaptation at the beginning of thir service. We analyse different kinds of conscripts' adaptation, difficulties and problem in process of primary adaptation. According to the results of my research the conscripts' adaptation success is based on their personal psychological features.
