Now the agency problem is inherent in many companies and especially reveals in the conditions of a corporate form of the organization of business. Many economists are engaged in the study of this problem and finding ways to solve it. This article is devoted to the consideration of various ways to overcome and combat managerial opportunism based on the analysis of scientific publications of researchers in the framework of the theory of agency relations. As a result, the most optimal ways of resolving conflicts of different nature in the course of the corporation's activities are identified.
