The problem of crisis management in metallurgical enterprises

This article reveals the need for the development and implementation of anti-crisis measures in economic crises. Timely adaptation of enterprises to the existing new conditions of mutual and state interaction in the work. Also, measures that should be taken to ensure further opportunities for the economy at the enterprise, which will help it to minimize further financial losses and avoid bankruptcy. The practical analysis of possible signs of bankruptcy on an example of operating metallurgical enterprise has been carried out.
