The problem of the human factor in aviation based on Ishikawa diagram

The article discusses the problem of the human factor in aviation based on Ishikawa diagram. The degree of influence of the human factor on the number of aviation accidents and the level of flight safety is analyzed. An analysis of the Ishikawa diagram based on the SHEL model is presented in order to identify possible interaction problems between components of the aviation system. Attention is paid to the search for possible solutions to eliminate the above-mentioned problems.
