The problem of diagnosing performance management of electronic commerce enterprises

The article presents various approaches to enterprise performance management assessment. The main diagnostic methods and companies’ performance indicators are described. The reasons for the inconsistency of using the traditional set of indicators for analyzing the business performance of e-commerce organizations are identified. The conditions providing the relevant assessment in accordance to the diagnostic purposes are determined.
