Problem of imbalances in the development of infrastructure in the region

The article discusses the problems of the development of infrastructure in the region. The causes of structural imbalances are systemic crises that occur in the potential differences between the economies of different elements of the infrastructure. The use of two factors can promote the balance achievement between the elements of the infrastructure: current market situation and administrative actions. It has been revealed that as one of the main goals of infrastructure management can be coordination of resources and management flows as well as the provision of the balance between them. The increase of coefficient of production capacity implementation is referred to the main directions of infrastructural disparities elimination in the region; addition of structure forming elements; integration of infrastructural elements, development of relations in the infrastructure. The necessity to increase the possibility of resources exchanging between the elements in the system has been revealed and, if necessary, the possibility of resources maneuvering.
