The problem of proving in the arbitration procedure

The article raises the problem of issues of legislation on the issues of proof in the arbitration process. This article is aimed at analyzing the current procedure for the provision of evidence in court. On the basis of the analysis, the problems of this tool are revealed, these are useful examples from judicial practice, which can be presented to solve the problems of individual articles of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
