Problem of financing innovative activities in the Russian Federation

The article considers the problem of financing innovative activity in the Russian Federation. The innovative infrastructure as a whole, existing financial institutions are analyzed; the main structural problem is identified, on the basis of this, general directions of financing development are proposed.
