The paper describes the psychological prerequisites of corruption behavior, in particular, the role of value-semantic sphere of an individual in determining the behavior of an employee in the situation of corruption pressure. It analyzes the results of empirical research of the semantic sphere of an employee's personality. The analysis of the literature shows that the main problem of implementation of the scientific principle in the formation of anti-corruption sustainability is the lack of theoretical analysis that explains the psychological patterns of an employee behavior in a situation of corruption pressure. To build effective work on the formation of anti-corruption sustainability, it is necessary to identify the personal qualities of future employees that determine anti-corruption behavior. The intrapsychic driving force of corruption is the desire of an official to use his or her power for personal gain. The desire for benefit, possession, consumption are the main value-semantic aspects of the personality of a corrupted person. Based on the idea of the priority of over-pragmatic values of professional activity of employees with formed anti-corruption stability, an empirical study of the value-semantic sphere of the employees ' personality was implemented. Within the framework of the study, the assessment of the severity of core values in the sphere of professional life was carried out. The “core values Questionnaire” (I.G. Senin) was used as a diagnostic tool. The sample consisted of more than 250 authorities from education sphere. The study allows us to conclude that the priority in the value-semantic structure of an employee's personality over-pragmatic spiritual values is a necessary prerequisite for the formation of personal determinants of anti-corruption sustainability. The key factor here is based on the strength of the employee's inner conviction of anti-corruption behavior on the basis of relevant personally significant values that set the general direction of the whole process of self-determination in a situation of corruption pressure.
