The problem of urinary stones genesis

Incident rates in the dynamics of urolithiasis in Komi Republic from 2007 throughout 2010 are presented. Genetic aspects of mineral formation in the human urinary system are considered. It is shown that the microbiological role in genesis of pathogenic solid biomineral formations (urinary stones) does not belong to a certain representative of microflora but to its different classes. Any organ or system can be involved in mineral formation taking place in the urinary tract. Hence, everyone possesses a set of factors contributing to urolithiasis.
