Problem and analysis of the balancing of the budget c. Orenburg for 2013-2016

This article is devoted to the problem of the budget balance in the city of Orenburg. The main theoretical aspects of the budget balance are considered in detail. The comparative analysis is conducted for 2013 - 2016. Particular attention is drawn to such concepts as: surplus and budget deficit. Also, the main ways to achieve a balance between the expenditure and revenue parts of the budget were identified.
