Problem and the typology of the digital nomadism: an empirical analysis

The article empirically analyses peculiarities of the subjects' identity, which practice the digital nomadism. It considers positive and negative aspects in the personality formation and development as well as its relations with other people. The research methodology is based on the representation of the multicultural approach, its achievements in the study of human interaction and development in multicultural communities. In the base of this research there is an idea that the modern civilized communities are mostly multicultural. It creates an illusion that it is very simple to transit from one culture to another. It also supports and enhances the existing contradictions and disharmonies of personal and social identity. These disharmonies are most evident in the sphere of interpersonal relations of nomads (their social identity) and "are fixed" in personal identity.
