The problem of identification of development projects as objects of valuation

The author of the article identified the legal problems that exist in the field of regulation of development activities in the Russian Federation. An analysis of domestic and foreign law for the presence of the conceptual apparatus of real estate development. Considered the interpretation of the term «development project», given by the Russian researchers development, and concluded that they are not comprehensive enough. The author proposed own definitions of «development project» and the concept of «development project as an object of evaluation».
