The problem of intertextuality in the modern mass literature

The article addresses semantic games processes popular with the modern mass literature and the culture as a whole. Intertextuality, among others, constitutes the basis for these processes. Novels by the modern writer Anton Chizh make it possible to analyze specific use of “borrowed words” for making communicative processes stronger and for involving the reader in a conversation with the author.
