The research problem of the identity of the defendant and opinions of the expert jury

The article is devoted to the study of the influence of data on the personality of the defendant in the jury. Various points of view on this problem are considered. The ban on the study of expert opinions in jury trial is analyzed. The cases in which it is allowed to study the data on the identity of the defendant and the conclusions of the expert in the jury and on the basis of the study it is proposed to amend the legislation of the Russian Federation.
