The problem of notifying foreign persons in civil proceedings

In the article, taking into account foreign experience, the current domestic legislation, judicial practice and conceptual approaches are critically assessed and considered, as well as the peculiarities of the procedure for duly notifying foreign persons in civil proceedings. The methods of notification, the norms of Russian legislation are analyzed in detail, as well as an analysis of international legal treaties and conventions. The problematic situations that may arise in civil proceedings when notifying foreign persons are analyzed.
