The problem of emotional stability and professional burnout of medical workers is revealed. It is noted that socio-economic changes and high stress stresses have placed medical workers in extremely unfavorable conditions. It is emphasized that this phenomenon is alarming and acts as a factor in reducing the quality of medical care, violation of the interests of the patient and as a medical and social problem of the destruction of the personality of high-class specialists.
