Personnel selection problems in physical training and sports of Kuibyshev region during the post war period

The article covers the problems of personnel selection of Kuibyshev region party and trade union organizations in the sphere of sports movement during the post war period. The characteristic of sports facilities of the region is given, and the problem of lack of professional physical education teachers is analyzed. Local party and Soviet bodies changed the situation with the establishment of a new educational institution for training and retraining of experts in physical education and sports.
