The problem of codification of business law

The article analyzes the possibility of ordering and systematization of business legislation in order to give it forms convenient for use in the field of economic activity. The approaches to the issue of creating a single Code are also analyzed, the argumentation of representatives of different points of view is considered, the analysis of problems hindering the codification of business law is carried out, the features of the codification of business law are disclosed. In conclusion, the conclusion is made about the expediency of codification of business law.
