The development of information technology and e-commerce is accompanied by the emergence of new legal issues and conflicts related to the protection of digital rights. This article explores the problems that arise as a result of the inconsistency of national legal systems of concepts and approaches to the protection of digital rights and proposes principles and mechanisms for regulating these rights in a consistent and progressive manner.
