Problem of conflict in the state law field in the post-Soviet law science

Article is dedicated to apprehension of the concept of "conflict in the state-legal sphere." The author analyses the perspectives of various foreign and domestic researchers on the problem of the existence of the conflict in the state-legal sphere. At the same time the author justifies the opinion of inappropriate use of the term "state-legal conflict" and the urgent need to introduce the notion of "the conflict in the state-legal sphere" into the scientific use.
