The problem of legitimacy of departmental legal acts within the framework of the normotousing process of ATS of the Russian Federation

The author considers the rule-making process as an integral part of the law-making process of the Department of the Interior of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the characteristics of the creation, the abolition of departmental legal acts and reflects the problem of their legitimacy.
