The problem of personality in legal psychology

The article deals with the problem of personality in legal psychology. The author examines different approaches in doctrine and practice to the concept of personality, analyzes the structure of personality that has developed in the doctrine of legal psychology. The analysis of the concept of personality and its elements is carried out. Attention is paid to the properties of personality, the concept of purpose and goal-setting is given. The analysis of different points of view of different scientists is carried out. The author pays special attention to such processes as goal-setting, its concept is given and its characteristics are given. The author also pays attention to the system of motives and tasks that an individual sets for himself in the course of his activity.
