The problem of staff loyalty: research approaches

The article notes the high interest of both practitioners and scientists to the issue of staff loyalty. The rational scientific approach is regaining its positions. And its direct consequence is the development of loyalty programs based on proven technologies that are based on empirical data. The essence of these programs is that they should create such conditions in the organization and use such incentives that will motivate staff to work proactively for the benefit of their company. The research problem is that a large amount of empirical data and reliable technologies for developing loyalty programs do not ensure the loyalty ofpersonnel in an organization. The problem is resolved with the systematic use of loyalty regulation tools.
