Problem of media and information literacy of population in system of information support of a health system of the Moscow region

During the period from 2014 to 2016 in the sphere of information support of health care of the Russian Federation the program of modernization of information support of the population was created and started. The result of which was a powerful development of information exchange between a health system and the population of our country.
