The problem of ethnic conflicts among the staff on condition of migration process reinforcement

The article tells about problems of ethnic collaboration among the staff, about reasons of modern ethnic conflicts and features of constructive ethnic collaboration. In times of forced migration, representatives of different ethnic groups are more likely to be exposed to interpersonal and intergroup conflicts. National aspect of these contradictions overcomes other aspects. The main threat of ethnic conflicts among the staff is that these conflicts usually have tendency to be outside the framework of the organization| to go beyond the organization.
