Problem of modernization of public health services and increase in life expectancy of the population

Two basic problems define depth of depopulation in the Central region of Russia. It demographic old age structure of the population and adverse parameters of reproduction of the population - birth rate and death rate. In this situation besides federal measures, the additional regional programs directed on overcoming of a negative situation and stimulating more vigorous progress and in the field of growth of birth rate, and in questions of decrease in death rate are necessary.
