Problem of taxation of the property of organizations outcoming from cadastral cost

The paper considers the introduction of a new method for determining the tax base with respect to the objects of immovable property of organizations, namely, the calculation of the property tax of organizations on the cadastral value, as well as problems arising in determining the cadastral value.
