Attention is drawn to the fact that participation in the economic life of the country in one form or another cannot in itself serve as a basis for refusing to receive the opportunity for such participation. It is concluded that with the objective difference of persons engaged in active economic activity in a variety of parameters and characteristics, the legal organization of the economy should not create advantages and unfair restrictions for others.
