The problem of the justification of right in the work of J.G. Fichte "Foundations of natural right as based on the science of knowledge"

The starting point of the justification of right in the Fichte system is the reflection of the freedom of self-consciousness, which becomes the object of contemplation of itself, believing, further, the need to recognize the existence of other self-consciousnesses. The commonality between free beings as such is interpreted by Fichte as a combination of “natural legal relations”. Since Fichte deduces the concept of right directly from the mind, he does not consider it necessary to mediate them with the idea of morality.
