The report describes a model of complex rating of organizational changes’ efficiency, including complex personnel rating by means of CASE-object modeling. It reveals some existing problems in the efficiency of organizational changes. Such classes of the model’s objects as «firm», «experts», «coefficients», and «recommendations» are proposed. The model allows to identify both an integral indicator, estimating total efficiency, and intermediate indicators, which can be used for developing specific recommendations on further organizational changes. The model uses standard means of modern object modeling, which allows easy developing of programming applications for enterprises.
