Oligarchization of power in the modern world (case study of Kyrgyzstan)

The article discusses oligarchy as a form of political system, in which the state is ruled by representatives of financial and industrial capital, entrepreneurship and business. The author believes that any modern state is the oligarchy to a greater or lesser extent. The paper assesses the degree of power oligarchization in the modern Kyrgyz Republic. It is concluded that merging of government and business leads to the deteriorating quality of lives of common people.
