The problem of defining property as real estate

The research presented in the article is aimed at studying the problematic aspects associated with the attribution of certain objects to the category of real estate. The criteria specified in civil legislation, according to which the issue of classifying an object as real estate is decided, are insufficient, cause controversy both in scientific circles and in practice, often judicial decisions of lower courts are canceled by decisions of higher ones.
