The problem of determining the ownership of intellectual property rights to the results created by artificial intelligence technology

In this article, the problem of intellectual property rights to the results created by artificial intelligence is considered. Having analyzed national and foreign legislation, having considered the main doctrinal approaches regarding this problem, we concluded that the rights related to copyright were extended to these intellectual property objects, and also suggested options-recommendations for the introduction of relevant provisions in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation concerning civil rights objects in general and intellectual property objects in particular.
