To train professionals with higher education in the field of physical culture, one of the most basic disciplines in the structure is used - the methodology and theory of physical education. The functions of the theory and methodology of education can be called: obtaining a certain level of methodological and theoretical knowledge, as well as the study and disclosure in the structure of conditions for the favorable implementation of educational and educational tasks of physical education. Experts have identified only five basic concepts in the theory of physical education in the field of physical culture: physical education, physical training, which, in turn, is divided into general physical training and special physical training, physical development, physical perfection and sport. There is also a problem in the field of physical culture - this is the low motivation of schoolchildren to engage in sports and physical exercises.
